Bring your GP referral so you can claim your maximum rebate, as well as your private health insurance details, so that we can help you work out what your out of pocket expenses might be.
Bring all of your ultrasounds from your doctors. These can be helpful to the gynecologist in determining whether you need surgery straight away, or whether it is possible to take a more conservative approach.
If you don't have the films or pictures, it can still help to have the report from the radiologist, which should have been sent to your GP.
Feel free to bring a support person. Sometimes information can be overwhelming, and it is very helpful to have someone else who will be thinking of questions that you might forget.
